The actual capacity of the power bank is different from rated capacity because transformation between 3.7V(Lithium-ion battery voltage) and 5V(USB voltage). This App can calculate the Conversion Efficiency of power bank(Lithium-ion battery).The Higher Conversion Efficiency mean lower operating temperature and more environmentally friendly.
因為電壓之間的轉換（3.7V 鋰離子電池 轉 5V USB），電源電源的實際容量與額定容量是不同的。目前臺灣的行動電源在標準檢驗局(BSMI)的要求下，產品皆須提供實際容量與額定容量。這個程序可以計算出行動電源（使用鋰離子電池）的轉換效率。轉換效率越高意味著更低的工作溫度（充電時溫度低），更安全，更環保。
